Guerrero Remodeling is a family-run remodeling company. Every project is run on site by our founder, who has more than 20 years in the trade, from demolition to the final walkthrough.
What we build
Three kinds of project, done start to finish.
We handle design decisions, demolition, framing, plumbing and electrical coordination, tile, cabinetry and finish work. You deal with one company the whole way through.

Four steps, and you always know which one you're in.
Most remodeling stress comes from not knowing what happens next. We fix that with a set process and written updates.

Site visit
Erineo, our founder, walks the space with you, measures, and talks through what you want and what the house needs.

Proposal
You get a written, fixed-price proposal with the full scope. The number is agreed before anything comes out of the wall.

Build
A dated schedule and an update at the end of every work day. Jobs longer than a week also get a written summary each Friday.

Final walkthrough
We walk the finished room together and close out every punch-list item before the final payment.
No surprise costsAnything outside the signed scope is priced on a written change order and approved by you before work starts.
One team on siteThe same crew from demolition to final finish, led by our founder. Plumbing and electrical go to licensed trade partners.
Payments tied to progressA deposit to start, then payments as each phase is finished and signed off.

Erineo Guerrero has spent more than 20 years building kitchens, baths and whole homes across Dallas–Fort Worth. He walks your house before anything is priced, and he is on site running the work until the final walkthrough. You won't meet him once at the sale and then never see him again.
Plumbing, electrical and other licensed trades go to licensed subcontractors we have worked with for years. Every part of your project is done by someone qualified to do it.
The rest of the family keeps the job organized: your schedule, a written update at the end of every work day, and every change priced in writing before it happens.
